As part of the Malta Gaming Week, a glitzy studded Gaming Awards ceremony was conducted on 27^th November, 2018 where awarded under numerous categories and were bestowed by an independent panel of expert judges. The panel was formed by celebrated names representing the Malta Gaming Authority, iGaming Organizations, International consultancies and investors participating in the Malta Gaming Week.

The awards were given out in various categories to acknowledge the best of iGaming industries and their services. There were a total of 29 categories that spread across online casino support, content and services. Guests came from all over the island to support the various Maltese Charities where proceedings from the ticket money went to local charities.

Shedding more light on the social aspect in terms of the entire event, a charity auction was organized and the selling prizes for artifacts that included Fabergé jewellery, Maltese artwork and a Portugisier Chronograph reached way above the expected values. Betsoft also prides itself for being a part of this social cause and directly supports Maltese Organizations like Malta Community Chest Fund, Centru Tbexbix, and the BOV Joseph Calleja Foundation.

Furthermore, many celebrated names like Calleja, a world Renowned operatic tenor, comedian Steve Hili, and musician Desi Campbell performed in the award ceremony. Maltese President Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, and blockchain evangelist Brock Pierce also graced the event.
