GVC Holdings the Operator of the Year & Other Winners of EGR Awards 2018, London

EGR Operators Awards, the much-awaited event of the online gaming industry were given away on Thursday, 25 October 2018 in Grosvenor House Hotel, London. Setting a new benchmark this year, the E- Gaming Review Awards were officiated by a third party Deloitte for the first time to add more transparency for the awards given away.

Just like every year, the event was attended by more than 800 prominent figures of the online gaming industry and unfolded with a grand celebration as the brands claimed their titles. The winners of these awards have been given below -

GVC Holdings the Star of the EGR Awards 2018 London

GVC holdings managed to be the show's topper at EGR Awards London this year and ended up grabbing not just one or two but three prestigious awards.

Although its nothing new for this brand to lay their hands on prominent awards after the Best Poker Operator last year but the homecoming of three awards brought around even more happiness.

GVC Holding stole away the limelight of the Awards by grabbing three awards to its credit. The Awards that were claimed by them are -

The Best Poker Operator – Party Poker (GVC holdings)

The day turned out to be really lucky for GVC Holdings and they managed to retain their title of the Best Poker Operator. Their poker brand; Party Poker once again won the award for the Best Poker Operator at EGR Awards.

The judging panel said that they have provided many examples of improving growth and a mixture of the interaction of customer interaction and product. They also said that their customer interaction resonated the most making them right recipients of the award.

The Best Casino Operator

GVC Holdings was also awarded The Best Casino Operator. After rightfully awarding GVC holdings, the judges said that they were impressed by their performance that has been improving year after year. Along with this the wide variety of arenas that they cover including CRM, supplier relationships, geographic expansion, and quick integration also impressed the judges.

EGR Best Operator of the Year 2018 Award

After two prestigious titles viz the Casino operator of the year and the Poker Operator of the year, GVC Holdings took home an Award for The Operator of the Year as well.

And success has been widespread, with all online divisions contributing strongly.”
