SECOOP 2018 Main Event Winner

Befuddled, the winner of SECOOP Main Event 2018, outlived a field of 5,215 players to turn a mere €250 buy-in into the champion's prize worth €172,451. This one was followed by user - ‘bzh3135’, who won two Midnight Express tournaments back-to-back, turning a mere investment of €40 into €11,591. The combined totals of all Southern Europe series including SCOOP France and Spain, FRESH, Galactic Series, TRIO Series and SECOOP added up to more than €50 million to the shared liquidity of PokerStars.

Severin Rasset, Director of Poker Innovations and Operations at The Stars Group extended a heartfelt gratitude towards everyone who played in a shared liquidity offering and contributed towards the success of this mega event. Here's what he said:

Our COOP series is one of our most loved and renowned events, and we're proud that players in Southern Europe had the chance to get involved.
